And the story continues

After giving a brief description about me in ABOUT TGIFoodLovers section, I also want to share my eating information to you as many accuse me of not having a proper eating habit

​

I eat  3-6 big meals a day and mostly with rice

My breakfast time is at 08.00am on the weekdays and around 08.30 to 09.30 on the weekends

My lunch mostly between 12.00 pm to 01.00pm

My early dinner is around 06.00pm 

My late dinner is between 10.00pm - 00.30am

I enjoy both meat and vegetables in my plates

Salad is definetely not my main course

I really in love to have 1-3  cups of ice cream at once

Cold dessert is one of my favorites

I consume less sugar by not adding any of it into my juice or tea or coffee

but I still add it to my avocado juice for sometimes along with the condensed milk

​

I do some exercise sometimes .. Currently I hit the gym like twice a week 

after gym time is over, sometimes I also go for a swim ( I like the night scenery at pool, swimming with moon and or the stars), long before that, I really enjoy evening walk or bicycling around the neighborhood with my niece
